The best thing that we travel along Japan is enjoying their food. There are a lots of famous food in Japan such as sushi, sukiyaki, tempura, sashimi, yakitori, shabu-shabu and others. So now, lets me introduce these foods.
1. SUSHI
The main ingredient of the sushi is vinegared rice. It can combined with raw seafood, vegetables and fruits. For examples, cucumber, carrot, salmon, tuna. eggs and others it depends on which flavor you prefer.
2. SUKIYAKI
Sukiyaki is a dish that serve by hot pot like ours steamboat. It contain taufu, cabbage, beef, mushrooms and noodles. Japanese will dip the beef with raw egg to increase the taste of the beef.
3. TEMPURA
Tempura is a type of traditional food that have been battered and deep fried. Seafood and vegetables are commonly been used as the main ingredients in tempura. This dish is suitable for the person who love to eat crunchy food.
4. SASHIMI
Sashimi is serve the seafood in raw . Sashimi is serve with a dipping which contain japanese soy sauce and wasabi. The popular sashimi in japan is tuna, salmon and prawn.
5. YAKITORI
Yakitori is a skewered chicken. This dish is similiar with our satay in Malaysia. The best way to enjoy yakitori is with a glass of beer. In japan beer is a best drink to help them relax after their works.
6. SHABU-SHABU
Shabu-shabu is a traditional japanese dish of thinly sliced meat and a lots of vegetables boiled in water. The ingredients that contain in shabu-shabu are beef, lamb, chicken, cabbage, sweetcorn, taufu and others. Shabu-shabu is the best dishes for winter time.

JAPAN'S FAMOUS DESSERT
Besides the main meals they also have a lots of famous dessert which can make us crazy. There are many choices for us to choose the dessert after our meals. For examples, dorayaki, mochi, crepes, shiruko, monaka, yomoki daifuku and the others.
1. Dorayaki
Dorayaki is a kind of pancake that cosists of red bean between two small pieces of pancake. This is doreamon‘s favourite food. The original dorayaki consisted of only one layer in 1914. But now two layer is more easy to prepare compare with one layer dorayaki.
2. Mochi
Mochi is a japanese rice cake that made of mochigome. There are many ways to eat mochi for example toasted, topping with chocolate. Besides the chef in japan had made various flavours of mochi sucas kiwi flavour, mango flavour, chocolate flavour and matcha flavour.
3. Crepes
Japanese crepes are typically handheld with a pancake. Japanese crepes is filling by whipped cream, fruits, ice cream and chocolate. Many have elaborate and originals designs with peanuts, small biscuit, and candy on top.
4. Shiruko
Shiruko is a sweet porridge of azuki beans (red beans) served with mochi. Shiruko is a winter dish that's normally served hot with a small salty side item. For those who love to eat red bean this is the best choice for you.
5.Yokan
Yokan is a thick jellied dessert which made by red bean paste, matcha , agar, and sugar. It usually sold in block form and eaten in slices.
6. Sata Andagi
Sata Andagi are sweet deep fried buns it similar to doughnuts. The ingrediants of sata andagi are flour, eggs, and sugar. There are typically prepared so that it can make sure the outside is cripsy and browned while inside is soft.
